Kriya & Yoga Practice: Dynamic breathwork\, spinal awakening\, and asana sequences to move kundalini energy through the chakras. Shamanic Practices: Drum- or rattle-led journeying\, earth connection\, and ritual to clear\, activate\, and integrate subtle energy. Kirtan & Sound Healing: Live devotional music\, chanting\, and mantra with Shiva Sundari to open the heart and elevate frequency. Energy Healing & Meditation: Hands-on or distance energy transmission (Reiki /shamanic) guided by Erica\, followed by meditation for integration.
