Join Backyard Abundance for peaceful movement and reflection at the Sacred Stone Circle.This class offers all-level yoga to help you release tension and tune into your inner experiences. You will contemplate how the energy shifts that you observe and feel in the body mirror the seasons and seasonal changes. The tall, old stones will support you while you breathe and move mindfully.
