Join Watermill’s restaurant manager, Jess Marallo, learn the prohibition history of the well-known cocktail classics the Negroni and the Boulevardier. You will get the chance to make your own Negroni or Boulevardier using Tanqueray gin or Local Cedar Ridge bourbon while learning all about proper stirring techniques and why you do it, how to make an orange peel and what makes a cocktail exceptional. After the class, they will have a Q&A session where you will be able to ask your instructor any questions about the cocktails, various modifications or other drinks!
