THE DOCTORS

Doctor Aaron Hildreth

Dr. Hildreth began pursuing a chiropractic education by completing an Exercise Science bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.  Dr. Hildreth pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer Chiropractic located in Davenport, IA. He worked as a radiology intern, developing skills at radiographic studies to better serve patients through the use of x-ray. Outside of techniques taught exclusively to Palmer students, Aaron also became proficient in Sacrooccipital Technique and Torque Release Technique., both of which are incorporated into his focus of Structural Restoration.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie and daughter, Raya as well as going to McBride Park with their dog Dakota.  He enjoys being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

Doctor Clayton Lego

Dr. Clayton Lego is the newest addition to Restore Family Chiropractic!

Dr. Lego, a Dubuque, Iowa native, earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Dubuque before obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport, IA. His passion for preventative and holistic healthcare began with his active involvement in sports, which necessitated regular chiropractic care for optimal performance and injury prevention.

While at Palmer, Dr. Lego honed his skills as a rehab intern, gaining expertise in rehabilitation and manual therapy, and mastering the Sacral Occipital Technique. This November, he will also be certified in Torque Release Technique, enhancing his focus on Structural Restoration to provide exceptional care for his patients.

WHAT SETS US APART

At Restore Family Chiropractic, we believe health is our most important asset. Our focus is on restoring the entire foundation of the spine, addressing Structural Shift to eliminate secondary symptoms and improve overall body function.

Restoring your spine is akin to restoring a house foundation—lasting change requires time and repetition. Just as a single gym session won’t result in a total body makeover, one adjustment won’t resolve all conditions. We use four specific diagnostic indicators to pinpoint problem areas and create a customized care plan for lasting change and restored normal function.

We strive to provide you with information to make educated decisions about health and wellness for you and your family.

HOW IT WORKS

The First Visit

We offer specific times for new patient appointments and provide a complimentary consultation. This initial conversation helps us understand your health status and goals. Our consultations are commitment-free, aiming to give you enough information to make an informed decision about your health.

The Exam

If you decide to proceed with our exam, here’s what you can expect:

We utilize four extensively researched and objective exams to assess the structure of your spine and the function of your nervous system. Each test has established normal results, and findings will be thoroughly explained to ensure you make well-informed health decisions.

  • NeuroThermal Scan: Analyzes the integrity of your nervous system along the spine.
  • Surface Electromyography (sEMG): Measures postural muscle activity to locate asymmetries, indicating overworked or underutilized muscles that can cause spasms, pain, and instability.
  • Autonomic Nervous System Analysis: Examines your body’s stress adaptability. This test shows if your system is out of balance, causing issues like poor sleep or chronic fatigue.
  • Multi-Axial Structural Analysis: Uses precise measurements and digital photography to analyze spinal structure and identify shifts.

After the Exam

We take a day to process and analyze your exam results thoroughly. This allows us to provide an accurate health assessment and recommend the best course of action.

We will present a care plan with all available options so you can make an informed decision about your health.

Starting Care

Once we begin the Initial Phase of Care, our regular office visits take less than 10 minutes to respect your time.

WHAT IS A STRUCTURAL SHIFT?

Imagine a house with an uneven foundation. Over time, various issues start to appear: windows jam, drywall cracks, and floors creak. You might temporarily fix these problems with WD-40, repairs, or replacements, but the issues keep coming back. Instead, you could restore the foundation and prevent these recurring problems altogether.

Similarly, secondary conditions or symptoms can result from a Structural Shift in the spine. Addressing the root cause—the spinal misalignment—can prevent these symptoms from recurring.

Common Secondary Conditions:

  • Headaches, Migraines, TMJ Disorder
  • Muscle Tension, Spasms, Muscular Imbalance
  • Neck, Back, and Shoulder Pain
  • Pinched Nerves, Numbness/Tingling, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Posture and Strength Issues
  • Tendonitis, Tennis or Golfer’s Elbow, Rotator Cuff Problems
  • Spinal Decay, Bone Spurs, Degenerative Disc Disease, Disc Herniation, Dowager’s Hump, Cervical Stenosis
  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia, Fatigue, Hearing Issues, Itchiness
  • Digestive Problems, Reflux, Vision Issues, Dizziness, Sinus Conditions, Decreased Range of Motion

By correcting spinal misalignment, you can alleviate these secondary conditions and enhance your overall health.
