Since 2004, we’ve been North Liberty’s original frozen meal prep service, helping families, new parents, college students, and seniors enjoy hassle-free dinners without the stress of grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Our monthly rotating menu features a variety of 2 (Lite), 3, and 6-serving meals, including gluten-free options. Orders range from 8 to 15 meals, giving you the flexibility to stock your freezer with high-quality, ready-to-cook entrees that save you time, money, and effort. Plus, with over 300 recipes in our collection, you’ll always have something new to try!

Unlike big-name franchises, we’re a locally owned, family-run business that values quality and community. We source fresh-cut meats and carefully craft each meal to ensure you’re getting real portions for real people—because when we say a meal serves six, we mean it!

How to Order:

1. Visit our Calendar Page and select a Pick-Up Date at either Naomi’s Kitchen (North Liberty) or Kathy’s Pies (Cedar Rapids).
2. Choose your menu and entrées.
3. Complete your payment and enjoy stress-free meals!

Our entrées are hand-assembled daily and immediately frozen for peak freshness. Some key details:

• Split Portions – All six-serving meals are automatically split into two containers for easy storage.
• Double Up? – Yes! You can order multiple of the same entrée or mix and match.
• Shelf Life – Meals stay fresh for months in the freezer.
• Customization – Due to batch preparation, we cannot customize meals but guarantee delicious, family-friendly flavors.

Busy schedule? We’ve got options!

• Pick-Up Flexibility – If our available times don’t work, sign up for the closest date and call/email us to arrange a better time.
• Delivery Available – We deliver within 30 miles of North Liberty for a $40 fee. Contact us to schedule a time. (Note: We do not deliver as surprises.)
• Transporting Your Meals – We pack orders in plastic grocery bags, but feel free to bring a cooler or laundry basket for convenience.

• Gift Certificates – Perfect for busy families, new parents, seniors, or anyone who could use a break from cooking. Available in any amount, gift certificates can be used toward any meal package. If the amount doesn’t cover the full cost, the recipient can simply pay the difference.

• Fundraisers – We love partnering with nonprofits, schools, and community groups to help raise money for important causes. Every order placed for your fundraiser earns your organization $20—no upfront costs or complicated logistics. Just delicious meals and extra funds for your group! Contact us to learn more.

• Extra Meals– Occasionally, we have extra entrées available at the end of the month, sold à la carte on a first-come, first-served basis. These are a great way to stock up on favorites! We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard—though cash and checks are always preferred.
