I’m Hailey Seaba, the owner and artist behind this creative venture. As an elementary art educator, artist, and face painter based in Tiffin, Iowa, I bring my passion for art to every face I paint. When I am not teaching or painting I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter.

My mission is to offer exceptional face painting services that delight both children and adults across the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Corridor and within a 50-mile radius. For your peace of mind, my business is fully insured. I use hypoallergenic, high-quality, cosmetic-grade face paints with vibrant, bold colors. These paints are also vegan-friendly, gluten-free, paraben-free, lanolin-free, perfume-free, and cruelty-free.
