We are a registered 501(c)3 public non-profit organization which formed in 1999. We seek health, comfort, freedom from fear, and a loving guardian for our companion animals.
Over the years FACF has been focused on raising funds and training volunteers to support existing programs, expanded, and create new programs for the homeless animals in our community.
