Hi, we’re Dean and Katie Colony.

As third generation Iowa farmers, Colony Acres was planted in our community over 97 years ago and continues to live its promise to deliver wholesome fun and deep-rooted value to our community. We raised our kids here in North Liberty, Iowa, and understand the magic that makes this community special.
