Natalie is an advanced clinical practitioner with over 23 years of physical therapy experience. At Motion Matters Physical Therapy & Wellness, she combines her passion for patient-centered care and wellness as a Lifestyle Medicine certified clinician. Natalie’s approach is holistic, treating you as a whole person, not just a patient.

Specializing in chronic and complex pain, Natalie is a Therapeutic Pain Specialist and Pain Fellow. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to help you understand and manage pain, empowering you to achieve your wellness goals.

With advanced training in the mind-body connection, including 200-hour yoga instructor and trauma-informed yoga certifications, Natalie teaches patients to self-regulate and calm their nervous systems.
