Join Brix Cheese Shop & Wine Bar for their latest installment of their family style wine dinners. Nick will be making Bo Ssam- a Korean slow roasted pork dish that is served with kimchi, rice and delicious sauces that are scooped into crisp lettuce cups, wrapped up and devoured. The wines for this dinner will have a common theme: cold, crispy and high in acid, which will help balance the umami richness and spice of the pork accoutrements.
