In 2016, Randy’s Flooring transitioned to employee ownership, empowering every team member to deliver exceptional customer service. Partnership with UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital
One of our most cherished initiatives is our partnership with the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Since July 2018, Randy’s Flooring has teamed up with Shaw Floors to support the hospital through the Cushion Campaign. For every square foot of Shaw Colorwall carpet and Comfort-Gel cushion sold, ten cents is donated to the UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Thanks to this ongoing collaboration, we have proudly donated over $135,000 to the hospital, helping to provide essential care to children and their families.
Saves for Stead Program
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. Randy’s Flooring is also a proud partner of the Iowa Heartlanders in the Saves for Stead program. For every save made by the home team during an Iowa Heartlanders game, we donate to the UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Since their 2021-2022 inaugural season, we have been able to contribute $6,200 through this program. We’re excited to continue this partnership for a fourth year and look forward to presenting the final ‘24-‘25 donation amount at the end of the season during an on-ice check presentation.
