Jill has lived in the Iowa City area since 1989 and became a REALTOR in 1996. She is an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Jill serves as a member on the Community Board for West Bank and is a proud member of the Hawkeye Business Partners.
Marcy
As one of Jill’s full-time licensed assistants, Marcy is the market analysis specialist. She researches data to help sellers determine the best price for their home. Her in-depth knowledge of the local market trends, neighborhoods, and amenities allows Marcy to offer valuable insights and strategic advice tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
Allye
Allye is one of Jill’s full-time licensed assistants. She enjoys working with first time home buyers as she feels she can be more approachable to this clientele who may be overwhelmed with the buying process. Allye also focuses on their social media presence to expand sellers market reach.
Darci
As a full-time licensed assistants of Jill’s, Darci works as the operations coordinator keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She ensures each seller and buyer gets personalized service, expert guidance, and support from start to finish.
