Join the Solon Public Library for their NOON Year’s Eve celebration on Saturday, December 28th! They’ll start the party at 11:30 AM and enjoy activities, crafts, and snacks. Then they’ll enjoy a countdown to NOON with a giant balloon drop! And more time for activities after.
